GET YOUR HACKED MSN ID BACK
"DARNNN !! My MSN id got hacked !!" From Facebook to phonecalls, from text messages to lunchbreaks, I've seen many cases like such. And I also have seen cases where people forget their MSN ids and the answer to the secret questions are something they never thought they would need. And for the icing on the cake, other accounts like Facebook, Photobucket, etc are linked to the account and it becomes a real trouble to change all those links. In such cases, I have seen more than everybody open a new account and set up things and add up people again and waste their precious time of their life. Ok so this is how it goes.Did anybody know MSN has a service called the Windows Live ID Validation that helps your hacked or forgotten Msn IDs back? I guess No. If you did, you're one in a million.
The Process
Goto the Windows Live ID Validation page. Fill in as much as you can with your ID details, but never ever fill in a wrong detail, rather leave the box empty.
Your alternate e-mail address
Fill this out carefully. This is where they're going to send further details about getting back your account.
The IP address
The IP address of your computer or whereever you used your Live ID to sign in, is a major factor in getting your ID back. Because the MSN servers stores the addresses from where the accounts signed in, it makes a nearly cent percent sure conditon when you provide your IP address. To know your IP, you can goto a site called whatsmyip or a little bit of less n00bs can go to Network Properties to view their IP addresses.
The last date and time that you successfully signed in
This is another major factor. If you give them the accurate date and time(the date, at least), their system will find it more easier to find and analyze your IP, making it more possible to get your ID back. But if you don't remember, don't sweat it. Giving wrong info can be more harmful than giving no info at all.
Names of contacts on your Messenger contact list
This can help. You can provide some of your friends' display names. Maybe 5-10? This can really help. But remember, the names should be in simple text form, I have seen many people using sites like MSN weirdmakers to make their MSN display names weird.
Subjects of any old mail that is in your Hotmail Inbox or mail folders
If you remember, go for it. You might remember one or two unique subjects in your Hotmail inbox. If so, give it to them.
Your Messenger nickname (display name)
Of course you remember it, don't you? Well, until it's simple text you can always remember it. But if it is something like tђє tђє קгเร๏ภєг ๏Ŧ ςאภเค, it'd be better to leave the box empty, Charlie.
Any additional info that might be useful in validating the ownership of the account
Tell them ANYTHING and EVERYTHING related. Give adequate details and it will prove them the account is yours.
Well, fill as much as you can and I assure you, you won't have to frown. You can also fill out the credit card details if you use their paid services.
Be patient. They will reply in around 24 hours to let you know if you've got your ID back. I've used this feature nearly 10 times to help my friends out, and they successfully are using the same account till date. Just remember, the more info you give, the morei is the probability to get your account back.
Let me know if you got em back. I'd be happy to know.
