cool youtube trick
"woohoo! this video is awesome, a must-watch. I think I should send this link to all of my friends”. We often say this to ourselves when we come across a really nice video on YouTube. We don’t hesitate to share the link with our friends, especially in social networking sites like Facebook, hi5, MySpace, etc. But have we ever thought of the possible comments from our friends?? Nope, we rarely think of it. Our friends might not want to watch the whole 11 minutes of video, or in other words, there are instances when we don’t want our friends to spend their life watching our video, goals scored during football match, and particular part of the song for instance. So what do we do then? Hmmm…there’s a simple technique which enables the user to take a clip from the video. Yes, we can specify time in the video link and share it with our friends.
Let’s look at this:
Whether you are a cricket freak or an anti-cricket fan, I believe all of you are aware of what Australia is in the game of cricket. Most of the people believe they reigned the world of cricket after winning 1999 World Cup. However, had Lance Klusener (from SouthAfrica) played sensibly in the semifinal, it would have been a different ball game since then. Now let’s come to the point. If a user wants to share the final over of the 1999 WC semifinal, he/she certainly gets this 57 seconds long video in the YouTube. But the main drama is in the 49.3 over, which begins from 00:23s in the video. So how would he/she share the link with all of us? It’s very simple
Instead of sharing

, the user has to share http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxVNtuDKsds#t=0m23s
Did anyone notice the #t part in the second link? That’s how it works. It takes you to 23 seconds in the video. You just need to enter the minutes and seconds as you see in the second link. That’s it.
Simple as it looks!!
