FOURSQUARE : find where your friends are

As our hunger for social networking is growing everyday, Foursquare is just the perfect feed for us Social Networking Enthusiasts. So what you can basically do with this is check-in at locations you are in, so that your friends know exactly where you are at the moment. Sounds cool? IS cool!
We can also connect our Foursquare account with our Facebook and/or Twitter so that it publishes directly into our respective accounts for our friends to see. It also publishes a location map[ powered by Google ], and that is cool, I must say.
Oh and guess what's more? We can add custom locations on the map(like I've added my home), and the location is right there displayed on the map. So, the basic advantage we can have is our friends can track of our location at all times.
They also have points for check-ins and badges and stuffs which we get when we are active(meaning we check-in, add and serve more). And it's connectivity with Facebook has made the task real easier.
oh well, we can also add our shouts when we check-in to some place, and it gets published on your Facebook and Twitter
If I'm not mistaken, you might be wondering if your phone supports this or not. Yes it does, until you have a way to connect to the internet via your phone. There is a specific app for iPhone, Blackberry and Android phones though, others will have to access it via the mobile website.(http://m.foursquare.com )
My take: Why not? I mean, I've always wanted to share my location with my friends, and so many of you had too. I can tell. So sign up and start locationalizing yourself.
