Resetting all the themes of windows

Let’s go to the flashback while installing the windows, do you remember 1 thing? We are asked for the language, Time and currency. On this basis windows sets the wallpaper and install the themes according to the location we give. Example: If you choose US (United States) then you will get United States as the installed theme.

Now there is a simple way to get all the countries theme installed so that we can use them to randomly change our background besides sticking to 1 preset theme.
